Concrete instead of theory

Daria joined the Conner Whitlock team in August 2019. She moved to us from a data center near Piaseczno, where for 4 years she guarded the stability of 214 servers. In work, she doesn't tolerate fluff. Instead of talking about general threats, she takes a laptop and in 14 minutes shows the board how easily their office mail can be intercepted via an unsecured home network.

In 2024, she already conducted 37 full audits in Polish manufacturing companies. Hard facts on the table: in 94.6% of cases, she found critical errors that allowed for financial data theft in less than an hour. Daria doesn't judge – she fixes. We know the realities of Polish companies and know no one has time for reading 100-page reports. Her documentation after an audit usually has 7 pages and contains a list of specific changes to be introduced immediately.

Focus on mobility

Her main hobby is the security of phones and tablets used by management. In October last year, she secured 89 devices for one of Warsaw's logistics companies. She shortened login time to secure systems from 14 seconds to 3.8 seconds, while raising the encryption level. We check what works and what doesn't – Daria eliminated 12 redundant apps that only slowed down work and sent data to unknown servers.

She can be brutally honest. If she sees that your employees keep passwords in a text file on the desktop, she will say it without redundant diplomacy. We believe that in cybersecurity it's better to hear the painful truth from us than from a hacker demanding ransom in Bitcoins. In Q3, she helped one client save 12,430 PLN monthly by removing unnecessary and leaky software licenses that duplicated functions.

Local approach to IT

Daria perfectly understands that a company owner in Poland has a thousand other things on their mind than firewall updates. Therefore, her solutions are simple to use. She doesn't install complicated systems that no one can operate. She chooses tools that work in the background and don't interfere with daily work. (P.S. Privately she is a fan of old motorcycles and can take apart an engine faster than many a mechanic, which only confirms her technical drive).

Currently she manages new protection standard implementation for 14 regular Conner Whitlock clients. Daria's average response time to a suspicious email report is 22 minutes. This pace allows us to crush attacks in the bud before anyone has time to click a malicious link.
